OM has a presence of small teams throughout the West-Balkan region, of both local and foreign workers. We are looking for an individual, couple or family with a heart for discipleship to come alongside our small teams to encourage and teach them in evangelism, to inspire them towards new projects and creative ways they can share the gospel with unreached people around them. Some of our teams are just getting started and looking for new ways and inspiration to carry out OM’s vision.
Key responsibilities and attributes
• A willingness to live on the field with teams
• A passion to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers established in the either Serbia, Croatia or Montenegro
• A strong desire to share Jesus’ love and the gospel with people
• Ability to build and strengthen teams through fostering relationships
• A proactive attitude, willingness to start new activities and try out different ways of reaching and discipling people
• Experience in mentoring and discipleship
• Familiar with OM’s vision
• Experience leading teams or running outreach projects is beneficial
