Requirements

Required Skills:
* Authorized to live and work in the USA.
A heart for literature ministry
* Competent using MS Excel - advanced skills not necessary.
* Organizational skills
* Highly detailed
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English
* Previous OM Literature ministry experience preferred but not necessary.
* Preference for long-term service ( 1 year minimum) with options for role development/growth.

Role: You will based in Florence, SC, USA working alongside our senior literature administrator to:
* Generate purchase orders
* Record and receive incoming stock
* Resolve product detail discrepancies.
* Continual stock take (rolling inventory).
* Process invoices
* Pick & Pack internet orders
* Minute taking for literature meetings
* Cover for senior administrator
