Head of Communications

1. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in communications, media, marketing, or related field
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies across digital and print platforms
4. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
5. Experience in cross-cultural communication is highly beneficial
6. Confident user of communication tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, social media, newsletters, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, etc.)
7. Ability to lead and coach remote teams, and to collaborate across time zones
8. A heart for discipleship and a passion for seeing lives transformed through sports
9. Willingness to raise personal support or secure funding for the role
10. Must be comfortable with a hands-on role, especially in the early stages
11. A committed Christian with a lifestyle that reflects Christ and aligns with OM’s values and Statement of Faith
