Requirements

1. Proven project management experience & business acumen (5 years of working experience and/or relevant post-school qualification)
2. Passionate about empowerment and upliftment through business/entrepreneurship.
3. Experience in managing people from diverse backgrounds and in gaining alignment across a broad stakeholder community.
4. Have had exposure to missions (at least one short term outreach or equivalent) and some understanding of Business as Mission / Business 4 Transformation.
