Field Fundraiser

As a Field Fundraiser, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with churches and individuals in the West to support the work of national workers in the OM fields in Azerbaijan and Turkey. In this role, you will develop good knowledge of the ministries we are doing in these countries amongst the least-reached peoples. You will introduce these ministries to existing and potential new supporters and update supporters on our progress.

Key responsibilities include:
● Identifying potential supporting churches and individuals
● Building and maintaining relationships with existing supporters
● Presenting the work of our national workers in OM Azerbaijan and Turkey fields and the needs they have.
● Organizing and leading trips to Azerbaijan and Turkey to visit the field and meet with national workers.
● Communicating updates to supporters on the progress of the ministry
● The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, relationship building, and presenting the work of a ministry. They should also be comfortable traveling frequently and be excited about the opportunity to introduce the work of our national workers and build relationships between supporting churches and individuals on the field.
