Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the personnel placement team, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
* Oversee the collection and distribution of key information regarding missionary opportunities, including dates, costs, commitment length, medical insurance, available ministries, and pre-requirements.
* Ensure proper record management using Microsoft D365, Caleb.
* Provide guidance on the selection process, ensuring compliance with OM policies and procedures.
* Serve as a key liaison between OM, potential candidates, churches, and the Target Field.
* Stay informed and ensure the team is knowledgeable about visas, medical insurance, invitation letters (for Consulates or Embassies), financial support structures, and required forms.
* Uphold high standards of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence when dealing with people and sensitive information

Requirements:
