Anna, from Sweden, grew up in a Christian family and church with a strong focus on global mission. She first gained cross-cultural experience with OM for a couple of years before going to university to study for an engineering degree in orthopaedics and biomechanics. After some years working in Sweden, Anna moved into overseas mission in 2010. During the first years she used her specialism to work with children with disabilities and later she coordinated OM’s youth ministry, TeenStreet. Before joining the Global Leadership Team, she served as Field Leader.

Anna loves walking alongside young leaders and local disciple-makers, and has a passion for seeing those from the least reached becoming part of the Body of Christ. Overseeing OM’s division for Global Equipping, Anna is responsible for discipleship, leadership development, training provision and mission alignment. Her desire is to see OMers across the organisation mature and become better equipped for the work of sharing Jesus, journeying with and multiplying vibrant communities of His followers.
