After completing his theological studies at the German School of Theology in Giessen, he joined OM, leading work in Austria for almost 10 years and subsequently serving as OM Europe’s area leader for nine years.

Since 2018, he has been working part-time for OM, responsible for the training and development of national boards.

In addition, Frank is President of the Martin Bucer Seminary, a reformed seminary in Germany, and a professor at the doctoral school of Aurel Vlaicu University in Arad, Romania. He is also the author of numerous books; his research focuses on the global evangelical movement and the history of the Free Churches in Austria.

Frank has been involved with the Evangelical Alliance for over 25 years and is the owner of the Verlag für Glaube, Theologie und Gemeinde (VGTG), an evangelical publishing house based in Austria.
