Accountable to: Director of Communications and Marketing

Are you passionate about creating meaningful content that inspires and engages? OM Canada is seeking a Content Producer to join our Communications and Marketing Department and share the global OM story with our Canadian audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft engaging content for print and digital media, including news articles, stories, fundraising appeals, and more.
• Design and publish materials such as brochures, magazines, email newsletters, website updates, and social media posts.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely production and publishing.
• Use analytics to evaluate content performance and refine strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of content creation experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong grasp of Canadian English; French is an asset.
• Must be able to work independently and able to take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with social media and CMS platforms.
• Graphic design skills and knowledge of email marketing platforms are assets.
• Flexibility to work remotely or from our Port Colborne, Ontario, office, with occasional travel.
• This is a full-time role (35 hrs/week).

Salary range: $3,060 to $4,590 depending on experience and your ability to raise gifts to cover employment expenses.
