Disability Inclusive Ministry Administrator

We are looking for a committed team member to join our disability ministry team within Africa Area. The applicant should have a heart for people with disabilities to be able to access the gospel and be equipped for the plans the Lord has for them.

As we seek to proclaim God’s heart for people with disabilities we have a focus on training and coaching missionaries, church leaders, and partner organizations in disability awareness and inclusion.

Requirements

The role will involve:
- Administration tasks to support the disability ministry team
- Co-facilitating online training courses in disability awareness
- Coaching individuals and groups in the implementation of disability inclusion within the African context
- Field visits to promote disability inclusion within OM teams (travelling within Africa)
- Co-facilitating in-person disability inclusion training with churches
- Support development of fundraising applications
