Ministry details

Raising Children: We talk about how to bring up our children with love and wisdom. Hygiene and Personal Care: Together we learn what it means to follow Jesus in our everyday lives. We also share small gifts, like dish soap or laundry detergent, to give families a little extra support. The Role of Women and Men in the Family: We share about the Bible’s teaching on family. We encourage respect, love, and understanding between husband and wife.

Accommodation

You’ll be staying in simple church accommodations. Please note that it might not always be possible for families, married couples, or groups to stay together, as the rooms are arranged separately

Food

Enjoy tasty Romanian meals! Sometimes, the team will prepare meals together, so be ready to roll up your sleeves and help. If you have any dietary needs or restrictions, please let us know in advance.

Travel

You’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from Bucharest (airport code: OTP). Don’t worry—our OM team will meet you at the airport, train, or bus station and get you safely to your accommodation.

Health

We want everyone to enjoy the experience safely! Please make sure you are in good health and comfortable with physical activities like standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.

Visa

You can only enter Romania with a Passport (or an ID card if you are part of the EU). Citizens from the EU, USA, Canada, and Switzerland do not need a Visa. All others will need a Visa. If a Visa is needed and costs are involved, this is the participant's responsibility to pay the fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an invitation letter for a short-term visa application.
