ICHNOS Communications Officer

We are looking for someone who can help develop and implement an internal and external communications strategy in a relevantly new and growing ministry. This includes creating content for specific stakeholders to share what God is doing around the world in children and families, raise funding, and to mobilise children, families, and children’s workers to join us in the task to share God’s love with all people. 

The role is remote, on voluntary basis, and part-time. It can be done from anywhere in the world. 

Key Requirements:

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- A heart for missions and children.

Required Competencies
- Experience in a communications role.
- Able to write for different audiences from different cultures and ages (children, families, supporters, churches, leaders, etc.)
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software or a willingness to learn (InDesign/Photoshop).
- A team player
