Love Moldova B: Teens in Missions (TiM)

Join other teenagers who are excited to grow in their faith and share the hope of Jesus with others! The purpose of this Village Outreach is to challenge teenagers to live out their faith by helping local churches in their ministries with children and elderly in Moldova.

Ministry details

During the children's day camp you will be organizing games, doing crafts, sharing a Bible story, puppets, drama, singing songs, and more. You will also visit and encourage families and elderly in their homes by listening to their stories, sharing testimonies, distributing food parcels and Bibles, and possibly help practically. Most likely you will work in two different churches and villages.

We accept only groups, and we require like a minimum two leaders' adults.

Participant Profile

Are you a teen who has the desire to know Jesus more and learn more practical and creative ways to share the Gospel? Do you have a heart to show care and love to children and elderly who are in need? If so, you don't want to miss this! Come and join our Teens in Missions Village Outreach in Moldova! This Village Outreach option is available for teenagers with Teens in Missions. Teenagers must be accompanied with adult leaders and have parental consent to participate in this outreach. If there are not enough participants, we will propose another option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Accommodation

You will stay in Chisinau in OM accommodation upon arrival and before departure. During outreach you will sleep in the church building or with local families. Please note that it may not be possible for groups, families or married couples to remain together within the different accommodations.

Food

Good Moldovan food is provided. Sometimes you as a team will need to prepare your own meal. Please come ready to serve together alongside the team and advise us if you have dietary restrictions.

Travel

Participants must arrange their own travel to and from Chisinau, Moldova. The Airport Code for Chisinau is: RMO. Participants will be picked up by OM team members at the airport, train- or bus station.

Health

Participants must be in good health for the various physical activities during the outreach.

Visa

You can only enter Moldova with a Passport, not an ID card. Citizens from the EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland and a CIS countries do not need a Visa. All others will need a Visa. If a Visa is needed and costs are involved, this is the participant's responsibility to pay the fees. We are NOT able to provide all cases with a Letter of Invitation for a Visa.
