1.Application: Handling the application process of the MDT Participants
*Ensure MDT opportunities are well advertised
*Assist the MDT Training centre"s Principal to organise for the interview of potential MDT applicants
*Respond quickly to enquiries about joining MDT program
* Communicate acceptance or refusal of MDT applicants
2. Administrative: serves as the primary operations coordinator of the MDT Training centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the centre's programs.
*Ensure facilitation schedule of every week is prepared as early as possible.
*Supervise to see all other programs scheduled run accordingly
* Communicate to facilitators reminding each one's duty to facilitate sessions at the centre
*Keep copies of MDT participants documentations
3. Reporting:To provide accurate report/information of the day-to-day running of the centre to MDT training centre's Principal.
*Report to the MDT Principal on a regular basis on the running of the programs and the well-being of the participants
*Provide information as required and requested by the OM Tanzania Leadership team
4. Networking: Develop good relationship with sending fields/churches of the MDT participants in order to strengthen understanding
*Ensure the sending churches have appropriate information regarding their people sent to do MDT training
*Maintain communication between the MDT Training centre and the Field personnel office in order to strengthen working together
*In charge of handling visitors coming in for the MDT training centre [including guest facilitators coming from outside OM Tanzania].
