Mobilizer

We need someone who can maintain relationships/communication between the churches and the organization, promoting various mission service opportunities and raising awareness of the needs in the field.

In this area, we need:
- To inspire people from all walks of life toward God's mission.
- To connect followers of Jesus and their faith communities with God's mission and help facilitate training opportunities along the way.
- To effectively and timely follow-up on inquiries and requests to join OM.
- To effectively manage the missions.

Preferred Minimum Requirements:
- To have previous experience in missions.
- To have strong communication skills: able to speak publicly, comfortable dealing with people.
- To have strong interpersonal skills: able to connect with people and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Core Competencies:
Confident, takes initiative, cares about people, and can balance home and ministry.

Note: This is an unpaid position. Members need fundraising and support from friends, family, and churches.
