Accommodation

We will be staying in simple hotels along the way. Beddings will be provided. Temperature changes a lot from morning to afternoon in Spring, so bring warm clothing and a windbreaker and comfortable shoes for walking outside.

Food

All meals are included. If you have any specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance.

Travel

You need to book and pay for your own travel to and from Baku (Azerbaijan). Please arrive on or before Apr 1, 12:00noon, leaving after 17:00 on Apr 7 for departure flight.

Health

Participants should be in good health, ready to walk in the heat. Any special needs (allergies, medical conditions...) must be communicated as early as possible so that organizers can prepare in advance! Each participant should arrange personal medical insurance to cover the period of the outreach.
