We are looking for someone lead up our project to convert organic wastes into products that can be sold and improve crop yield. This is a vital part of our sustainable missions multiplication model that we’re developing.
You’ll be involved in R&D work with composting and the biomass pyrolysis products of biochar & wood vinegar. The goal is to:
1. produce the best quality biofertilizers
2. test them in a green house pilots.
3. work with farmers and vegetable gardeners to integrate and maximalise crop yields.
Our facility is well on the way to becoming a centre of inspiration and transformation for waste2resource and sustainable missions. We already have processes dealing with plastic waste and now it’s time to show effective transformation of organic waste. Our dream is to become a sustainable missions training centre to equip and finance missionaries being sent to the least reached.
Please note: Initially this is a non-salary position. requiring you to raise you own support. However, we are praying the right key people to become part of the longterm core-team. In which case, it may be possible to be self funded from income generated from this project.
