Remote Volunteer – Financial Systems Implementation Specialist

Support OM field teams through the Xledger implementation process, helping translate local financial needs into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
a) Work with local finance teams to understand processes and requirements.
b) Map, clean, validate, and migrate financial data into Xledger.
c) Configure and test financial processes, reports, and data.
d) Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, and deliverables.
e) Support go-live, data conversion, and post-go-live transition.
f)  Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the OMMS team.

Skills & Experience
a) Accounting/Finance education or equivalent professional experience.
b) Strong accounting, Excel, and financial data skills.
c) Ability to identify data issues and solve mapping/conversion challenges.
d) Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, implementations, or data migration preferred; Xledger experience is a plus.
e) Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Time & Location
Approximately 4 hours/week, with flexibility for international meetings. Fully remote worldwide.

This position is not salaried and is most suited to being filled as a volunteer.
