As a Church Mobilizer and Team Member with OM in Honduras, you will connect with local churches to raise awareness about missions, inspire involvement, and help equip believers to serve locally and globally. The ideal candidate should have a strong biblical foundation, good communication and relational skills, and experience working within church or ministry contexts. A willingness to travel within the country, work cross-culturally, and be part of a collaborative team is essential. Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English is a plus. A servant heart, flexibility, and a clear calling to mobilize others for the Kingdom are key to this role.
