At Clean Soul Clean City, we are harnessing everyday waste streams like plastic and biomass for Kingdom transformation, sustainable missions financing and Vibrant Communities of Jesus Follower multiplication. This involves developing technologies to transform everyday waste streams like plastic and biomass into high-demand fuel and other products. We meaningfully engage with our local community as practical Kingdom witnesses, as we partner with them to steward God’s creation. As we create 40+ local jobs at each production location, we are gaining access to foster discipleship relationships with those who have never stepped into a church. Furthermore, with the proceeds from the business, we have the freedom to sustainably finance Vibrant Communities of Jesus Follower multiplication. We see there are 500 small towns across Ukraine, not to mention many similar countries in which our innovative Business as Mission (BAM) model would thrive.
Where do you fit in? We are looking for Kingdom and missions-minded people to join us, capture our vision and become key parts of our strategy for harnessing waste streams for Kingdom transformation, sustainable missions financing and Vibrant Communities of Jesus Follower multiplication.
You will join the heart of the action at our production facility, getting hands-on experience with how our technology and production works. You can come with a practical trade to develop further or start from scratch. Along with this, you will be immersed in our culture of doing discipleship in the workplace and being practical Kingdom witnesses in the local community. Any sports, musical, or other hobbies and talents you come with will really help with growing local connections and learning the local language.
At a certain point, we will start to introduce you to and let you grapple with the higher-level management functions of the business to complete your initial training. After this, you will be equipped to lead a current Clean Soul Clean City location or even launch a new one in Ukraine or in another country.
In terms of compensation, we anticipate an initial salary of 300-500 USD/month, which you may want to supplement with some support raising. When our production facility is in full operation, you can expect pay will rise to 500-1000USD/month + sharing of business profits. And those who progress through to launching and leading locations can expect 4,000USD/month. We also look forward to developing programs to empower radical generosity, accelerate home ownership and promote responsible saving for retirement.
