Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry to ensure that outreaches, meetings and programmes operate with efficiency, and that tasks, paperwork and coordination involved in organising people and events is accomplished with completeness and attention to detail. Requirements

Send invites for meetings, take meeting notes, maintain and update document management on SharePoint site.
Oversee and handle the registration process for TeamWorks training.
Communicate with Personnel to set up logistics for the TeamWorks training.
Update training materials and other materials related to TeamWorks, including visuals such as PowerPoints & Graphics that work in different formats.
Administrate the assignments on EquipMe Online (EMO) and update EMO as needed.
Send out Certificate of Completion to each Team.
Help with webinars, communication.
Schedule meetings.
Update flyers & website.
