Africa Trek – June 2026

This is a Discipleship Mission Exposure with a Cross-cultural set up. Participants will be involved in diverse ministry experience such as preaching, teaching Sunday School, showing the Jesus Film and Community Development involvement.

Ministry details

Spiritual formation – this will focus on participant’s Spiritual growth, Bible Study, Individual quiet time, and cooperate worship. Ministry experience – Exposure to ministry opportunities within the different communities of the country visited and a visit to major tourist sites. Character formation – through group interactions and culturally diverse exposure.

The Trek cost is set on a sliding scale.

Participant Profile

A Christian ready to step out of their comfort zone. Team player, self-motivated and someone ready to share and learn new languages. Teachable and ready to experience God on this adventure

Accommodation

We shall have shared accommodation separately for the male and female participants

Food

Food will be prepared communally and eaten together as a team. Participants with health conditions or dietary needs should provide a medical report before the Trek.

Travel

All participants are to fly to Julius Nyerere International Airport Tanzania where the Trek will start and those using buses to drop off at the Dar es Salaam bus terminals.

Health

All participants to have Yellow Fever vaccination.

Visa

Visa to enter Tanzania and Zambia should be obtained prior to this travel. More information on route will be sent to applicants for the Trek.
