Handyman and Small Group Leader

You will support the daily maintenance and upkeep of the school’s facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role requires physical stamina, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and grounds under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
-Perform physical labour, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
-Assist with the setup and arrangement for lunches, assemblies, and special school events.
-Support deep cleaning duties when required.
-Respond promptly to maintenance and facilities-related requests as directed.
-Ensure all safety procedures and practices are strictly followed at all times.

Requirements
-Ability to perform physical labour and heavy lifting.
-Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the Facilities Manager.
-Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to safety.
-Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role will be an advantage.
